Set up myElth

What you need to get started?

You’ll need to first download the app. Get myElth app from Google Play Store or App Store.

What can you do with myElth?

Search For Care : Search for Providers,Hospitals and Ambulatory service centers based on the Procedures and location. myElth app looks for the best low cost providers for a selected procedure and location.

Coverage : You can add your Insurance information on the coverage screen which then syncs your latest deductible,maximums and benefit coverage details with your insurance carrier in real time.

Health Records : You can add your medical records from the participating Providers and hospitals. Once medical records are fetched, myElth stores the records in the blockchain.

Cost Estimation : You can estimate your cost for a given procedure based on your insurance information.

 

Set up Profile

Once the myElth app is downloaded, in the app Home Screen, you will be prompted to register. For the app registration, you will be prompted to enter your information.

** Please make sure to enter your Name,Date of Birth match with your insurance carrier information since app will be using the information from the profile to match your insurance carrier information.

 

Add Coverage

To add coverage from myElth app :

  1. On the myElth app Home screen, click on the Add Coverage card
  2. On the Add coverage screen, select the insurance carrier
  3. Fill in the details of your insurance, relationship and save
  4. myElth will try to authenticate details with the carrier, if the entered details match then your coverage will be added to the home screen.
  5. If the coverage details can’t be verified, please cross verify your details with the carrier information.<.li>

Add Family Members

To add Family member from myElth app :

  1. On the myElth app Home Screen, click on the add member + on the family member card.
  2. On the Add Family member screen, fill the details of the member and relationship and save.
  3. myElth will try to authenticate details with carrier, if the entered details match then the family member will be added to the screen.
  4. If the member details can’t be verfieed, Please cross verify family member details with the carrier information.

Add Health Records

To add Health Record from myElth app :

  1. On the myElth app Home screen, click on + Add Health record.
  2. On the Add Family member screen, fill the details of the member and relationship and save.
  3. On the add hospital screen,you will be prompted to enter your username and password for the hospital.
  4. Once the verification completes, myElth will fetch your Health record and displays on the screen.

Change App Settings

On the Home screen, go to the navigation and click on the settings link :

  1. On the Settings screen, you can select the following actions.
  1. On the Add Family member screen, fill the details of the member and relationship and save.
  2. On the add hospital screen,you will be prompted to enter your username and password for the hospital.
  3. Once the verification completes, myElth will fetch your Health record and displays on the screen.

Troubleshooting

I am not able to add my coverage information?

Make sure to check your profile information matching with your insurance carrier.

I don’t see my hospital on the list?

myElth is constantly updating the list of hospitals and doctors, if you don’t see the hospital you are looking for that means myElth hasn’t received rating info.

I can’t find the procedure I am looking for?

myElth is constantly updating the list of procedures and associated costs for a given location, if you don’t see the procedure that means myElth is working on getting the info.
