Karen Gorton

Karen Gorton serves on the myElth advisory board.  Karen is a Senior Managing Corporate Counsel of the Global Contracts division at Subway’s corporate headquarters, one of the top worldwide QSR chains. In this critical role, she advises business teams and senior management on legal issues related to their operations. To do so, she leverages a robust understanding of applied technology in global marketing.

 Previously, Karen held a Corporate Counsel position at Edible Arrangements International. She led the company’s legal affairs and supported its marketing and technology affiliates that provide software development and licensing services to franchise companies. Earlier in her career, Karen was an attorney with People’s United Bank, N.A., where she focused on negotiating complex technology agreements.

 Karen is a graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law and lives in Connecticut with her husband, Jeff. While her children are away at college, Karen indulges in non-profit work and building connections in her community.
